- Train and equip children worshipers by providing resources and training in music, dance, arts and bible in orphanages, children's homes, churches and schools worldwide.
- Partnering with various organizations nationally and internationally in order to resource children’s various needs worldwide.
- Train others in areas of biblical worship, leadership, missions, entrepreneurship, and women's ministries through various types of meetings, conferences, seminars, internships, short and long term schools, production of products/resources, mentoring and modeling.

Eunice Barruel, Founder and International Director
Eunice Barruel is a worshipper whose desire is to see the nations worship. She is the founder and international director of New Strength International Ministries (NSIM), based in Virginia Beach, Virginia and San Francisco, California, whose mission is to usher the glory of God to the nations for transformation and harvest. Her heart is to partner with national and international churches, ministries and organizations in order to exhort, equip and release them to fulfill their purposes and destinies.
Eunice is also a co-director of Vanguard Music Group in Virginia Beach, Virginia with the purpose of raising and equipping prophetic worshippers worldwide. She travels nationally and internationally teaching in conferences and leading people to worship in freedom. Eunice is an alumna ofthe Regent University School of Business.
